After you schedule an appointment, you will receive a link via email and/or text to complete your the registration and health history before your scheduled appointment.
Review your health history answer your

Our nurse practitioner, Victoria will review your history prior and during your scheduled appointment.
Discuss fertility screening options & complete order
Victoria will discuss individualized fertility screening options and recommendation. You will have the option to complete a basic/comprehensive hormone screening, and the choice to go to a lab close to your home of place of work for testing.
